Sneak preview: The People’s Photo Album (Launch Dec 9, 6 p.m. CACL Antigonish)

This two-year-old grew up to be a documentary filmmaker with her own social enterprise dedicated to videography and all things social media. She is a StFX alumna and has taught courses in social media and website design to Coady change leaders. Her parents both worked for Extension and the Coady International Institute in the 1970s to early 1980s.  Her Mom Audrey was responsible for Communications and was known to Coady students as “Mother to the World.”  As Assistant Director of Coady, her Dad,  Joe Chiasson, started up Coady Development Centres in Asia e.g., Nagar, India in 1979.  Learn more of the social justice history of this family at the Launch on Dec. 9. You will find four generations of the Chiasson-Davies-Lynch on pp. 122-123 of The People’s Photo Album.
